Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling. Cancelling a session with less than 24 hours' notice or not showing for the online meeting will result in the session being lost. To cancel or make changes to a package, please request those changes in writing to april@aprilgconsulting.com at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled session.
